Vending MachineEdward remained silent, working diligently. Tati tried not to pay attention to him and failed. She noticed his handwriting; beautiful penmanship. When class was over with, Tati was asked to pick up the work. She grimaced, but obliged. She turned to Edward first; he was right beside her. "Um, Edward? Your work?" she asked him softly. He nodded and handed her the paper. When their hands brushed along each other, Tati flinched, ignored it, and took the paper.
